Job Description :
• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, check them in and out of the hotel, and handle all billing and payment processes efficiently.
• Provide guests with room keys and hotel information, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the hotel’s amenities and services.
• Answer phones, key in reservations, check emails , update hotel room allotments and provide information about the hotel’s amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
• Manage guest requests, concerns, and feedback with a positive, problem-solving approach, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of guest bookings and all reception transactions.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are attended to promptly.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of excellence in all guest interactions.
As the first point of contact for guests at The Très Hotel, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience. This position requires a charismatic individual who thrives in a dynamic, vibrant environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
