- Handle for customer care daily job tasks and reporting to Operation & Admin Manager.
- Ensure timely order processing, feed-back and meeting customer delivery expectation.
- Answer the customer enquiry, handling customer’s request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
- Supervise the sales & service enquiry, order, and enquiry process be able to meet company and customer expectation.
- Liaise with customer and be able to handle sales enquiry, close sales, and account receivable.
- Assist on review existing marketing materials such as flyers and posters aligned with the group company requirements.
- Perform any assigned job tasks from time to time.
- Possesses at least Diploma certificate in any field.
- Fresh graduates or 0-1 years of experience in customer care management.
- Willing to learn, good communication and attitude on achieving high effectiveness and efficiency.
- MS office application with good understanding or readiness to learn.
- Timely reporting and result oriented.
- Language proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- AL - 14 days
- Public holidays as per the gazette national and state
