Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation to completion. They coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned with objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To know the project scope of work, to study all drawings, Bill of Quantities, and specification.
- Project planning- site organization, site requirement, and work schedule to ensure the project runs smoothly according to plan.
- To liaise with the client, the main contractor, SO, designers, architect, engineer, etc.
- Prepare weekly project reports.
- To conduct sub-contractor/site team meetings.
- To manage and monitor all site teams.
- To monitor sub-contractor progress off-site and on-site.
- Attend all site meetings.
- To ensure quality performance of projects within guidelines, specifications, and compliance with the authorization requirement.
- Responsible for monitoring project timeframe to complete on time.
REQUIREMENT:
- Min Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering /Building Construction or related discipline.
- Min 10 years of working experience in the Construction industry.
- EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR DESIGN IS COMPULSORY.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent design and site supervision and construction management skills.
- Able to start immediately.
