Operations & Branch Manager

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pro shop, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising pickleball equipment and apparel.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

2. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Organize team meetings and training sessions to promote knowledge of products and customer service excellence.

3. Customer Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their shopping experience.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Organize and promote community engagement events, such as clinics, tournaments, and social gatherings.

4. Financial Management:

• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for upper management.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial policies.

Requirements :

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• - 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a sports or specialty retail environment.
• - Strong understanding of pickleball and passion for the sport.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• - Proficient in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
