Finance & Accounting Executive

Seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Executive to manage financial operations across our various social enterprises. This role will support day-to-day accounting tasks, oversee P&Ls, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

• Manage daily accounting activities across multiple social enterprises, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of individual P&Ls for each social enterprise.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key metrics and identifying discrepancies.
• Assist in monitoring transactions and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Systems Management

• Utilize financial software to streamline accounting processes and maintain accurate financial data.
• Support the ongoing management of financial systems to enhance reporting efficiency.

Collaboration

• Work closely with program staff to assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
• Provide support for financial audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a non-profit or social enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
