What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll help us find and contact job seekers who may be interested in new roles. Don’t worry if you’re new to this—you’ll be guided step-by-step! Your main tasks will include:
- Calling and messaging candidates to introduce them to job opportunities.
- Asking a few basic questions to see if they’re a good fit.
- Setting up interviews with our recruiters and checking in with candidates to keep them informed.
- Keeping a simple list of candidates and helping us stay in touch.
What We’re Looking For:
If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable using the phone and computer, you could be a great fit! No specific experience is needed—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Friendly, positive personality and enjoys connecting with people.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) are helpful but not required.
- Can follow clear steps and work well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
