Marketing Executive (Dato Onn, Johor Bahru) Mandarin Speaker

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team! You’ll play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns that engage our target audience, grow our brand presence, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create compelling content for social media, website, and other digital platforms
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
• Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and partners to boost campaign reach
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behavior

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics)
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
