Customer Service Executive are responsible for customers’ ultimate experience with the Company by delivering effective and efficient services to all customers. The Customer Service Executive is also to work closely with Operations and Sales departments to provide consistent customer service information towards customers’ enquiries and complaints.
Key Activities/Accountabilities
- Attend to calls or e-mail from customers for booking of shipment pick-up and any booking related inquiries
- Enter customers’ shipment booking into the system and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry
- Work with Operations to provide status updates to customers on their shipment inquiries or complaints
- Work proactively to keep customers updated through phone or e-mail when necessary
- Follow-up with agents for shipment status updates on a daily basis
- Follow-up on all local outstanding undelivered consignments (Undel) and arrange for redelivery with the consignee
- Prepare KPI report for submission to customers as and when required
- Work with other functions to improve customer experience
- All other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role in any industry or in a Contact Centre

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
