Junior Executive - Electrical Repair and Maintenance

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Executive to join our maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems across our restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in electrical repair and maintenance, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Repairs and Maintenance:

• Perform diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve electrical faults in kitchen equipment, lighting systems, and other electrical appliances.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of electrical systems and minimize downtime.
• Replace or repair faulty wiring, circuit breakers, and other electrical components as needed.

2. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

• Quickly respond to and address electrical maintenance requests from restaurant staff.
• Use technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

3. Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all electrical work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Conduct safety checks and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
• Prepare and submit reports on electrical issues, maintenance performed, and any potential improvements needed.

5. Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with other members of the maintenance team to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in training restaurant staff on basic electrical safety and proper usage of electrical equipment.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in electrical maintenance and repair techniques.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical systems within the company.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical repair and maintenance, ideally within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Thorough understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Relevant electrical certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
