Responsibilities:
- Obtain quotation, create PO and follow-up PO acknowledgement from suppliers.
- Liaise with supplier, monitor delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Track informing orders, perform goods receiving in the system.
- Arrange and co-ordinate monthly scrap sales.
- Data entry and filing for purchasing documents.
- Assists and support material warehouse on monthly stock take.
- Liaise with account department with regards to supplier’s invoices and payment issues.
- Assists with other task assigned by the purchasing manager.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate and interact with all levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
