Job Role: Sales Manager – Commercial/Industrial Water Filters
The Sales Manager for Commercial and Industrial Water Filters is responsible for driving sales growth in the water filtration market, specifically focusing on commercial and industrial clients. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for commercial and industrial water filtration products.
- Identify and target new market opportunities and growth areas within the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Set sales goals for the team, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, facilities managers, and distributors.
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial and industrial clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any service or product-related issues.
- Regularly conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to secure and grow business.
- Product Expertise and Consultation:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial water filtration products and their applications.
- Provide technical guidance to clients, helping them select the right filtration solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activities to better advise clients and drive sales.
- Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their sales targets and adhere to company standards.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales tactics, and customer relationship management.
- Perform regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support team members’ professional growth.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Report sales performance and forecasts to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage sales budgets, track expenses, and optimize resources for the best return on investment.
- Collaboration with Internal Departments:
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to align on sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and industry demands to support the development of new products or improvements to existing offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably within the commercial, industrial, or water filtration sectors.
- Educational Background: Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the water filtration, commercial, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of commercial and industrial water filtration systems, including their applications and maintenance.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
