The Junior HR & Accounts Executive is responsible for a variety of Human Resources and Accounts tasks and initiatives.
This role will be assisting Head of Department in day-to-day HR Operational and Administration including Payroll, Recruitment and employee data management. Assisting Accounts Department in performing day-to-day finance operations such as General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivable Functions.
The suitable candidate is someone who has passion, patience, a multi-tasker, willing to learn new things, a fast learner, an educator, willing to travel and willingness to perform any tasks assign by the Head of Department. The candidate will be fully guided by Head of Department to ensure candidate are fully equipped with the required knowledge and able to perform the tasks with minimum supervision. The job description may be seen daunting but actual tasks is tolerable for someone who has patience in learning.
Payroll Management
- Handling monthly payroll for clients, ensuring data accuracy and timely salary disbursement;
- Gathering, updating, processing and checking monthly client data for update;
- Handling more than one HR related software such as SQL payroll, leave management system and attendance system;
- Ensure consistent monthly submission of statutory contributions;
- Preparation of annual tax document i.e. EA Form, CP8D and Employer Form E;
- Liaising with relevant government bodies to ensure adherence and compliance to the related laws and regulations.
Recruitment
- Process manpower requisition and ensure successful fulfilment of each vacancy within given time frame;
- Execute the process and building up talent pipeline through various recruitment channels, and assist in cost monitoring;
- Maintain professional and constructive relationship and networking with related institutions in ensuring talent pipeline;
- Assist in data recording on recruitment expenses for analysis purpose i.e. cost-saving, effective recruitment channels & etc; and
- Administer and manage onboarding and off-boarding process for new employees, separation cases, review and analyse staff turnover, provide inputs as to how to further enhance the retention.
HR Operation & Administration and IR/ER
- Handling HR related letters such as reference letter, confirmation, promotion, acceptance of resignation & etc;
- Monitoring employee leave administration and maintenance to ensure compliant to the Policy & Procedure;
- Administering unplanned leaves for analysis purpose on productivity, disciplinary and performance;
- Guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary and performance issue;
- Assist in other HR related projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Accounts
- Perform day-to-day finance operations such as General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions;
- Assist to prepare billings and monitor monthly collection and debts recoveries;
- Assist to monitor, control and resolve creditors ledger in any outstanding payables and inherited problems on due outstanding;
- Assist to prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash claims;
- Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company's financial;
- Assist to prepare management reports and ensure they are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards; and
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll, Recruitment, HR Operation, HR Administration and IR/ER in any industry;
- Knowledge and experience in performing Accounts/Finance tasks in any industry;
- Good interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication both in Bahasa and English;
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Has knowledge in MSOffice including MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Payroll, SQL Accounts System, any other payroll system and HRMS;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
