About the role :
Air conditioning operator
Your responsibilities will include:
- Air conditioning equipment maintenance and operation
- Temperature and humidity monitoring and regulation
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Monitor system maintenance
- Emergency response and disaster preparedness
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 years or more of working experience in data center
- Need social security certificate materials.
- Bachelor degree or above, HVAC or related professional experience.
- No criminal record.
Electrical Operator
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily maintenance, fault handling and system management of the electrical system of the data center to ensure the stable operation of the electrical system.
- Preparation of preventive maintenance plan, spot check list and spot check item list of data center electrical equipment, to ensure the normal operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Formulate emergency plan, and provide electricians with relevant technical training on switching operation and maintenance to ensure quick response and treatment in emergency
- Inspection of data center power safety, to ensure that power safety in line with specifications
- Daily management of on-site staff, carry out staff performance assessment, compile overhaul plan and cost analysis, and confirm the quality problems of purchased parts and commissioned processing and maintenance parts feedbacks from team, warehouse and procurement
- Preparation and arrangement of related technical documents, including construction drawing design, construction process optimization

ELV operator
Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of all ELV equipment during the data center operation and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
- Fault troubleshooting and emergency handling of ELV system, to ensure that the system can respond quickly and solve the problem when the fault occurs, to ensure the stable operation of the system
- Formulate and implement maintenance plans for dynamic environment system, video surveillance system, access control system, high voltage comprehensive insurance system and other related systems according to national, industrial and related standards
- Safety management within its jurisdiction, the implementation of fire prevention, theft prevention, accident prevention and other safety measures, strictly implement the relevant safety regulations
- Site supervision of ELV system related projects, participate in the completion acceptance review, manage related documents and operation and maintenance tools, and perform the maintenance contract
- Implementing energy-saving measures for equipment operation, completing energy-saving targets, formulating and implementing energy-saving measures
- Cooperate with design institute to improve the overall weak current design scheme of data center engineering projects, carry out project cost analysis and control, and provide technical support
