Job Descriptions:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR & admin functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
- Assist payroll and billing matters (invoices, credit note, official receipts, etc)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist to ensure inventory record accurate.
- In-charge in recruitment and conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- To deal with vendor for all the maintenance and consumables order.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Preferable 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of the Employment Act, Labour Law, and relevant Human Resource areas.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
