Tour/Umrah Manager

Planning and Organizing Tours

• Design and manage comprehensive tour packages, Umrah and related pilgrimages, along with other cultural or leisure tours.
• Ensure tour itineraries align with customer needs and religious guidelines.
• Coordinate group arrangements, hotel bookings, flight reservations, and transportation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with necessary information, guidance, and support.
• Handle inquiries and provide pre-travel information, including Umrah requirements, local customs, and health precautions.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues or complaints during the journey.

Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination

• Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, transport services, and local vendors in Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure competitive rates and high service standards.
• Work with regulatory bodies and travel authorities to obtain necessary approvals, licenses, and permits.

Operations and Compliance

• Ensure all travel and religious obligations are met according to Malaysian and Saudi regulations.
• Develop protocols to ensure compliance with the latest Umrah guidelines, including health and safety protocols, especially with evolving travel restrictions.
• Oversee team training to maintain knowledge of current regulations and procedures.

Budget Management

• Create and manage budgets for Umrah packages and other tours to maintain profitability.
• Monitor expenses, report on costs, and suggest cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

Marketing and Promotion

• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Umrah packages, seasonal offers, and special programs.
• Use social media, community outreach, and other channels to increase awareness and attract new customers.
• Participate in travel fairs and events to showcase Umrah packages and network with potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
