Shift: Permanent Day/Night Shift (8am-8am/8pm-8am)
Position Summary:
ResMed is seeking skilled Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical technology, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This role is crucial to ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to GMP, regulatory requirements, and business systems related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute tasks in compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and business systems (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality).
Perform Business Excellence activities to drive continuous improvement.
Provide online support to minimize machine downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
Set up and configure tools and machines according to the production plan.
Conduct Preventive Maintenance as per the maintenance plan (Planned Downtime).
Perform breakdown maintenance activities as required (Un-Planned Downtime).
Identify and report any downtime due to tool or machine issues to the technician lead and engineers.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Equipment Engineers to:
Provide feedback and data to resolve technical issues.
Participate in technical reviews of new tools, equipment, and processes.
Review preventive maintenance activities.
Document and record maintenance activities.
Manage spare tools and machine spare parts as needed.
Behavior & Collaboration:
Work with Safety, Quality, Facilities, and Production teams to meet their needs.
Collaborate effectively to achieve business objectives.
Be open to feedback and actively seek improvement opportunities.
Participate honestly and respectfully in team activities, supporting others.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical technology.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to summarize complex issues clearly and concisely.
Hands-on experience with PLC, drives, automation, electrical circuits, mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
