- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.

- Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling all outbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company’s products
- Agents are required to contact the customer if the flight has been rescheduled by the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
