  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.
  • Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handling all outbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company’s products
  • Agents are required to contact the customer if the flight has been rescheduled by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
