  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

Property Leasing

  • Manage the sales and marketing of properties on platforms like iProperty and Property Guru.
  • Conduct market research and survey surrounding units for sale.
  • Attend appointments and follow up with leads to facilitate sales and rental deals.

Property Management

  • Oversee rental collections, utility payments, fire insurance, and maintenance expenditures.
  • Manage property access, tenancy agreements, records, and documentation.
  • Supervise property upkeep, including repairs, inspections, and landscape maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or courses will be considered.
  • Prior experience in property management, real estate sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail is crucial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
