Production Planner

Job Responsibilities

· To ensure best possible production plan to meet production objectives and customer satisfaction

· To lead and manage a team to meet customer contractual requirements

· Responsible to plan, create daily schedule and provide material queue to warehouse

· To set production schedule goals and resolve conflicting priorities through effective planning

· Responsible for ensuring production follow schedule, complete packing and enter ERP system

· Responsible for monitoring packaging materials in adequate control

· To ensure department activities in compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements and other standards set by the Company from time to time

· To monitor output against requirement monitoring, visual controls and take lead in resolving delays to meet business targets and initiate corrective action plans as and when necessary

· To execute raw materials procurements planning.

· To execute raw materials planning for production with minimum wastage.

· To maintain shop floor drawings issue and control.

· To plan manpower and machine utilization

· To execute plate profile cutting nesting and programming as per drawing.

· To generate materials status project wise.

· To maintain the processes traceability from raw materials stage until finished good.

· To execute tracking PO vs manufacturing clearance vs fabrication vs dispatch.

· To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report and verification.

· Any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

· Diploma / Degree holder in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering and etc.

· 2 - 5 years of working experience related to Production.

· Required skill(s): MS Office

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Batu Gajah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Production Planning: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
