Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a service department.
2. Ensure excellent results and achieve goals quarter after quarter, month after month, on all aspects of customers, people, operations, and financials.
3. Assists in various aspects of customer care, work order and register assistance, facility maintenance, and merchandising activities.
4. Assist in all aspects of customer satisfaction, including sales, inventory management, trainings and performance improvement.
5. Maintain accurate records for each repair performed by the service department.
6. Provide leadership to support team members in meeting company goals.
7. Monitors technicians' daily productivity.
8. Monitors and follows up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability.
9. Initials all repair orders before submitting them to the warranty department, monitoring for sales and hours relative to expectations.
10. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
11. Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
12. Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases.
13. Ensures that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean.
14. Ensures that customers' service files are up-to-date and readily available for reference.
15. Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance.
16. Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations.
17. Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
18. Establishes and maintains 24-hour follow-up with all customers to confirm satisfaction with the service experience.
19. Maintains safe work environment.
20. To carry out any duties and job function in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
