  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join TT Freight & Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, and driving business growth by expanding the company’s client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor progress
  • Identify and acquire new clients; maintain key accounts
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience; 2+ years in a managerial role in logistics/freight forwarding
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
