KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist logistics executive in handling the inbound and outbound according to requirements.
  • Monitor and process order.
  • Coordinate with internal partners, suppliers, customers, and shipping forwarders.
  • Update and manage inventory records through the system as instructed by the Logistics Manager.
  • Perform weekly inventory checks.
  • Monitor in/out of products with proper documentation.
  • Ensure all relevant reports are submitted to the superior on a timely basis.
  • Report all abnormalities/accidents/cases to management in a prompt manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
  • Converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
