Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ecom gift card sales:
  • Manual key in customer information into MyInvols Portal to issue e-invoice if request specifically by customer.
  • Manual key into MyInvols Portal to issue consolidated invoiced monthly.
  • B2C Sales transaction:
  • Manual tracking and must find the original ID and UUID and provide to Edicom/customer.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciliation of data between what is sent to Edicom and IRB and what we capture in SAP.
  • B2B Sales transaction: Manual download from EDICOM portal and send email to customer. B2C/B2B sales transaction:
  • Manual download from EDICOM portal and send email to customer.
  • B2B gift card sales:
  • Manual tracking the POS receipt number.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in accounting, experience with SAP, strong accounting knowledge (such as reconciliations).
  • Diploma in Accounting or Partial Accounting Qualification preferred.
  • Attention to details and sensitive to numbers.
  • Intermediate Excel skill is required.
  • Massive database to review & consolidate.
  • Able to start work immediately

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
