SUPERVISOR TRAINEE – RETAIL, BUSINESS ADMIN & OPERATION CONTROLS

Main Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Supervisor, Site Manager and Retailer on day-to-day operations of the Station, which covers but is not limited to:
- Supervising and monitoring a team of cashiers, forecourt heroes and merchandisers as part of the station operations
- Ensuring the strict adherence to Shell standards on Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies
- Conducting daily routine administrative works such as bookkeeping, preparation of documents required for payroll processing, etc.
- Working with the office admin team to prepare monthly reports and reconciliation according to the deadlines determined by the management
- Monitoring sales performance for fuels, non-fuel retailing, lubricants, food preparation on site (Deli2go), etc.
- Conducting toolboxes and providing soft coaching to the operations team
- Providing good customer service when working on the floor
- Ensuring full compliance on all Shell SOPs and policies, which include: TMSR (Territory Manager Site Review), GEA (Guest Essentials Assessment), RFC Checklist (Ready for Customer Checklist), SCRA Audit (Shell Convenience Retail Award), etc.
- Strictly following company internal policies, standard operating procedures and work process flow and other executions of operation requirements specified by the Management from time to time

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
