The team is growing real fast, we are seeking for more talent to join us! -The key objective is to set up a reliable customer service team. You will be handling the eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email
    -Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferable -Strong communication skills & listening skills -Added points if can speak fluetly in Cantonese and Mandarin -Strong ability to work and follow defined procedures -Good telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills. -Competence in MS Office, phone and desktop computer systems -Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills. -Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills, Problem-solving ability -Excellent grammar skills both written and verbal in English as well as a second appropriate language (bilingual) native language to support the countries for which you are recruited to support. -Provide exceptional eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email. -Be an ambassador of the Sportwear brand by living and breathing the values. -Proactive about pleasing your customers; obsessed with making sure needs are met.
