- Assist in managing overall sales admin operation.
- Monitoring of dealers collection or allocation and dealer ordering or incoming stock.
- Provide admin support to dealer incentive trip / campaign.
- Assist in coordinating shipment arrival and sales billing.
- Assist in preparing sales order and liaise with distributor.
- To support HR related works in the Department ie. check staff attendance, staffs claims and others.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum certificate/diploma in Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the similar industries / capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Execl and Words.
- Possess the basic understanding of sales procedure flow and process.
- Communicate and coordinate well with all levels of people.
- Good in statistics calculation and analysis.
- Able to perform work with minimum supervision, independent and willingness to learn new things.
- Candidate having experience in an Admin or Sales environment will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
