What You’ll Do:
- Medication Management: Accurately dispense medications, ensuring patients understand their prescriptions, dosages, and potential side effects.
- Patient Counseling: Provide expert advice to patients on the safe and effective use of medications, including potential interactions and lifestyle considerations.
- Health Screenings: Conduct health screenings and vaccinations, contributing to our goal of promoting wellness and preventing disease within the community.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that the pharmacy is stocked with the necessary medications and products.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical field, including new medications, treatments, and industry regulations.
- Community Engagement: Participate in outreach programs and health events, educating the public on various health topics and promoting the importance of medication adherence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Licensure: Eligible to apply License A.
- Experience: Previous experience in a community or hospital pharmacy is an advantage, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to medication management and patient safety.
- Compassionate Care: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to improving patient health outcomes.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
