  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Live Host to join our team. The role involves hosting live sessions on Shopee and TikTok, managing orders, and following up with customers. If you have a talent for live streaming, enjoy interacting with viewers, and have experience managing orders and systems, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Host live sessions on Shopee and TikTok to showcase products and engage viewers
  • Record and process customer orders accurately
  • Manage orders and backend systems to ensure smooth processing
  • Follow up on sales orders to provide excellent after-sales service and increase customer satisfaction
  • Create attractive promotional offers to boost sales
  • Basic video editing and content creation, especially for promotional clips before and after live sessions

Requirements:

  • Experience in live streaming, skilled in engaging with viewers, and preferably has an established follower base
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly highlight product features, and quick to learn and adapt to new content trends
  • Familiarity with Shopee and TikTok platforms
  • Creative content planning skills, with the ability to design engaging live content based on various themes
  • Basic system and order management skills, detail-oriented and responsible
  • Adaptable, with the ability to handle unexpected issues during live sessions
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and resilience under pressure
