1) Processing customer order, quotation, internal job order, delivery order, invoice, shipping documentations and coordinate with customer on order confirmation details and delivery status.
2) Followup & investigate customer's complaints and drive for resolution within the time frame.
3) To followup with customer for payment progress and overdue account.
4) Monitoring service personnel's activities, job assignment.
5) Report all outstanding issues & problem.
6) Understand all activities stipulated on outgoing quotation.
7) Assure all service jobs are professionally & properly implemented.
8) Recorder tally serviceman outstation movement by service report date.
9) Coordinate and follow-up with workshop on the repairing work status
10) Coordinate and followup on logistics activities.
11) Update the Data analysis for customer complaints and customer satisfaction via customer survey form.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
