Business Development Executive

As Catzonia Hostails continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for increasing sales, developing products, and forming important partnerships to support the company's expansion goals.

Responsibilities:

• Developing sales and marketing strategies to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Plan, create, and manage effective E-commerce platform to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI.
• Leading new product launches and improving existing ones.
• Conceptualizing new products based on market research.
• Optimizing supply chain operations.
• Conducting market research and analysis.
• Building and managing relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development roles.

- Must have knowledge using platform Tiktok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram.
-Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including store exposure, product trend analysis, etc.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and set the brand apart.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving business success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
