- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Work with the creative team to develop promotional materials and content.
- Content Creation:
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements to attract and retain customers.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like (Eg shopee, tiktok, lazada, facebook, instagram, google, youtube, XHS)
- Regularly update product descriptions, pricing, and visuals to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
- Digital Campaigns for eCommerce:
- Launch and monitor eCommerce-specific promotions, such as flash sales and exclusive deals.
- Use digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and boost conversions on eCommerce platforms.
- Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with customer service to address inquiries related to online orders and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor reviews and feedback on eCommerce platforms, maintaining a high satisfaction score.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or eCommerce roles.
