Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee a group of stores and work with a respective downline to develop and implement short-term and long-term tactical plans in line with the company's strategies- Regular monitoring of store sales and ensuring goals and expectations are achieved
- Coach, develop & retain talent including sourcing, hiring and training of talent
- Lead, motivate, and empower staff to maximize customer satisfaction, and business results and ensure continuous business growth
- Drive retail operation excellence in line with client standards
- Liaising and follow up with relevant stakeholders on operational matters including new outlet opening, monthly sales promotion, merchandizes, logistic, and other related issues related to Outlets
- Analysis of the market to identify expansion opportunities within the area
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field- At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG.
- Proactive, open-minded, self-motivated.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and emotional intelligence.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Good analytical skill to access situational problems and solve problem by using root cause approach
