9) Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter.

10) Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.

11) Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.

12) Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.

13) Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.

14) Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.

15) Work with entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice.

16) Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials.

17) Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team.

18) Delegate projects to in-house designers and oversee storyboard.

19) Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.

20) Responsible for managing and supporting a team of graphic designers to bring concepts, presentations, and prototypes to life. Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns.

21) Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.

22) Work with creative director to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and deadlines met.

23) Lead presentations and effectively communicate a creative vision.

24) Collaborate with managers, designers, writers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s).

25) Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.

26) Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.

27) Responsible for all pre-production meetings for projects including photoshoots, video editing, broadcast, and fulfilment.

28) Working with other members of the art department to evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.

29) Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.

30) Coordinating resources and with other departments to create a cohesive, effective campaign.

31) Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished campaign within those parameters.

32) Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.

33) Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the client or company.
