Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician (Wireman PW4)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM 2,400
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Half Day on Saturday)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing corrective and programmed maintenance of various electrical services and systems within our commercial buildings or plant facilities. This includes but is not limited to Low Voltage Systems, Luminaires, Earthing Systems, Generator Sets, Extra Low Voltage, UPS, and Air Conditioning Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute work orders for corrective and programmed maintenance of electrical services including:
  • Low Voltage Systems
  • Luminaires & Electrical Equipment
  • Earthing System
  • Generator Sets
  • Extra Low Voltage
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
  • Air Conditioning Systems
  • Perform repairs and maintenance of all electrical breakdowns related to the Low Voltage (LV) system.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of all electrical and mechanical installations and equipment, including electrical power supply and distribution, lighting, fire protection, air-conditioning, water supply, and other building maintenance services.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all mechanical and electrical rooms, including standby generators, LV switch rooms, chiller plants, water supply pump rooms, and switch rooms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum Wireman PW4 grade certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facility or maintenance management in a commercial building, plant, or factory.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a commitment to safety and quality.
