The Cyber Defense Project Management team oversees managing and delivering the Security projects and Programs related to the Cyber Defense products.
Our missions are to:
- Build new security products in order to provide capabilities allowing to reduce AXA IT security risks.
- Deploy our security products within AXA Group Operations and to our AXA entities in alignment with the AXA security strategy.
- Enhance our security products in alignment with our product roadmaps to maintain and improve our security capabilities and our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Cyber Defense Asia, Program Management
- Accountable for the operational delivery of a program (On time, On Budget, On Scope) for all Global Security programs in Asia and International Market, including all local security programs.
- Lead the transformation program and manage the change with Business entities.
- Manage the expertise ramp up of the SME to work in the new cloud environment.
- Adapt all the process with the product teams.
- Closely manage the change management with all entities impacted.
- Lead the project team under responsibility (central team, project managers within markets, third parties):
- Fully follow the PPM Gating process and GPC process, with all teams (Security, Architecture, Procurement and Entities stakeholder in GPC).
- Review and negotiate projects plans and schedules, maintaining full accountability for the delivery of the project in his/her scope.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and control the performance of the project.
- Review and manage the progress of projects to ensure execution is in accordance with defined plans.
- Ensure execution of the project is alignment with AXA GO project management and project lifecycle processes.
- Monitor and manage the program budget and expenditure to ensure project is delivered to agreed budgetary commitments.
- Identify and track risks, issues and alerts on projects and ensure appropriate action plans are established and actively monitored;
- Act as liaison between Cyber Defense and various technical and business communities within AXA to communicate the project status, ensure alignment with their own change activities and promote continuous collaboration.
- Communicate relevant and timely information to stakeholders to ensure visibility of progress, budget/expenditure, risks, issues and associated with delivery.
- Manage change requests (budget, planning, scope): Expose decisions to be made, propose solutions, gain and record decision approvals.
- Manage procurement and contract matters in conjunction with Group Procurement.
In addition to Program Management for Cyber Defense Asia, this role will also oversee Cyber Defense Asia Operations as backup to Cyber Defense Asia, Executive Manager
- Lead and oversee the operational delivery of Cyber Defense initiatives in Asia, ensuring alignment with AXA's global standards and strategies.
- Manage a team of professionals working on Cyber Defense projects and operations, providing direction, support, and mentorship as needed.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Cyber Defense strategies and initiatives.
- Take ownership of Cyber Defense security matters for AXA GO and Entities in Asia, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor and analyze Cyber Defense program and operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Act as a key point of contact for Cyber Defense security matters in the region, representing AXA in relevant industry forums and discussions.
Your Profile
Profile and Qualifications
- BS/MS Business Administration, Project management, Computer Science, or relevant Engineering Degree.
- Project management certification (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince 2).
- Agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Process improvement certification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in managing complex international IT projects.
- Experience in program management (preferred).
- Experience in delivering fixed price projects (preferred).
- Experience in Information Security field.
- Experience in Security, Network or Infrastructure solution deployment.
