- Meets and greets all VIP guests, assists with registration, and escorts to room when necessary.
- Answers all general inquiries pertaining to the hotel.
- Has an accurate knowledge of hotels and tourism in Malaysia and its region generally.
- Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
- Handles guest complaints / concerns serves as a liaison with necessary departments.
- Handles all check in and outs.
- Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
- Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found to Superiors, whilst providing prompt follow up.
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel.
- To keep himself/herself updated of special events and promotions inside and outside of the hotel.
- Ensure that all guest’s messages, mail, faxes and parcels are handled and distributed promptly.
- Ensure that all guest requests, requirements and complaints are attended to promptly and in the correct manner.
- To update all information on restaurants, hotel facilities, emergency telephone numbers and other miscellaneous periodically.
- Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
