  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and refine stamping and molding processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Oversee the design, selection, and maintenance of tooling and equipment used in the stamping and molding process.
  • Diagnose production issues in real time, develop effective solutions, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Lead initiatives for quality and process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, and Maintenance) to ensure all processes meet quality and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on stamping and molding processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, familiarity with quality management systems, and hands-on experience with stamping/molding machinery.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
