  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

1/ To lead a technical and operation team to execute a New Products Introduction, key responsibility included.

  • BOM verification and generate into system execution level such as work order creation, label creation and label files.
  • First Article Report on the NPI, mentioned on the yield by each process and Failure Analyse.
  • Communicate with respective Engineering site in Corporate Office on progress and action plan for each NPI run, issue or feedback.
  • Provide leadership for the NPI or Products transfer in the areas of drawing / assembly drawing, BOM, machine capability and safety.
  • Familiar with Control Plan & FMEA and QC tools.

2/ To improve the process yield, provide evidence for process improvement with mentioning specific tools such as TPS (Toyota Production System), Lean Manufacturing Concept or others related technique.

3/ To provide leadership for the changes required for ECO, PDR & cascade down on the implementation & effectiveness.

4/ To involve in VE (Value Engineering) to obtain value added for parts / component changes, in addition to the evaluation done for Materials / Parts. This VE also include for machine improvement / method implement in manufacturing.

5/ To provide improvement for Overall Equipment efficiency, to execute a plan for productivity improvement which include Loss time on manufacturing important machine such as SMT, Wave Solder. The plan improvement for productivity must able to reduce company fixed asset investment through a target of 80% above on Total Machine Utilization.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience
  • Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical).
  • Experience in handling SMT and Wave-Soldering Equipment and related processes.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Statistical Tools.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,402.23 - RM5,178.10 per month
