Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.

Sales & Distribution: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned outlets.
Collaborate with distributors and wholesalers to optimize the distribution network.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product features, benefits, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct product training sessions for retailers and partners.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting achievements and areas of improvement.
Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to local regulations and company policies.
Stay updated with changes in tobacco-related legislation in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

1. Driving a van and selling products to customers

2. Expand distribution by sourcing for and opening accounts with new customers

3. Consistent and regular achievement of sales and category targets

4. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, and submission to account department

5. Ensure maintenance and safety of van/truck and products.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

  • FMCG Industry: 2 years (Required)
  • Tobacco Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • GDL license for van (Required)
