  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Schedule and monitor monthly stock take.
  • Reconciliation on stocks for warehouse, showroom and roadshow.
  • Checking and record GRN in Xilnex and Sql.
  • Monthly closing stocks submission.
  • Improvement to the inventory process and control.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field such as Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years above of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Responsibility, able to management or organized department.
  • Problem solving and can work independently and a team player.
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skill.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working Location: Jalan Kip 3, Taman Perindustrian Kip, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (9.00am to 6.00pm) / (9.00am to 1.00pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
