JOB SUMMARY

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and professional receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impressive of our organisation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Answer and filter incoming calls, determine the purpose of callers, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel or department.

2. Handle call transfers and deliver messages in a timely manner when necessary.

3. Welcome on-site visitors and guests, ascertain the nature of their business, and introduce visitors to the appropriate personnel.

4. Receive, sort and route mail efficiently while and maintaining route publications.

5. Maintain incoming emails and ensure they are routed to the respective personnel promptly.

6. Maintain accurate records of employees' daily attendance and leave.

7. Uphold cleanliness standards in the canteen area.

8. Perform various administrative tasks as required, including filing, photocopying and collating documents.

9. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

10. Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by immediate superior.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma in Business Administration studies and Management or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 Year of relevant work experience.

3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa (a must),

4. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

1. Possess great interpersonal skills and communication skills.

2. Good working attitude and responsiveness.
