- Communicate Company policies & procedures to all employees
- Handle employee grievances and administer disciplinary procedures
- In-charge of all staffing activities including sourcing, interview, selection, and orientation.
- Maintain internal training & development records
- Provide training and guidance to staff.
- Maintain employee database, attendance, leave and medical record
- To identify opportunity for improvement in quality and cost of the Administration.
- To undertake other projects and activities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to conversate in Mandarin will be advantage added.
- Posses excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self motivation and ambition.
- Knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act.
- knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
- Posses own transportation and a valid driving license.
- 5.5 weekly work days
- Willing to work at Sepang, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
