Job Responsibility – Administration
- Generate, monitor, and support administration billing and collections, correspondence, quotation, delivery orders, supplier & principal purchase order, invoices, office & documents administrative tasks.
- Administer residents/owner records such as complaints, booking, deposits, renovation, car park lots, access cards and etc.
- Ensure all site offices billing on invoices send out timely to residents/owners
- Issuance of daily official receipts and submit collection reports.
- Prepare summary petty cash claims for reimbursement.
- Handling incoming & outgoing phone calls
- Renewal of all relevant licenses and letters of authority for agents
- In charge of all administrative matters
- Liaise with stamping office for relevant agreements
- Ensure all emails and queries are answered/completed within 24 hours
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for the company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
