Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Attract and select top talent; manage onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, provide performance guidance, and facilitate training.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and oversee payroll and benefits.
- Talent Development: Support career development and organize training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
