  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Laboratory/Site Technician

Basic salary: RM2000 – RM2500

Status: 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Workforce Solutions (Renewable Upon Client Request)

Client’s background: Oil and Gas Refinery

Work location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Benefits: Medical Insurance, EPF, SOCSO and as per employment act

Qualification :

  • Diploma Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Must be willing to travel to Tanjong Bin, Johor.
  • Willing to standby and work weekends (OT will be paid).
  • Prefer candidates with 1-2 years’ experience working as technicians.
  • Due to the physically demanding nature of the job, candidates with the ability to perform heavy manual labor and work under tough conditions are preferred.

Responsibilities :

  • Chemical tanks top up.
  • Attend toolbox talks.
  • Calibration of pumps, equipment etc.
  • Maintenance of equipment such as pumps.
  • Collecting samples crude, water.
  • Analysis of samples crude and water.
  • Application of permits.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
