ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

  • 5-Days Work Week in HQ Office, Setia Alam

RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Maintain all accounting transactions according to accounting principles and standard.
  • Perform day to day processing of financial transactions are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
  • Maintain an efficient and accurate accounting function.
  • Maintain Cash Flow management.
  • In-charge fixed assets systems.
  • Prepare monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Prepare monthly provisions and accruals.
  • Prepare yearly final account and account analysis.
  • Keep updated with financial policies, regulations and legislation.
  • Maintain proper record and organization of filing system.
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

  • At least 5-8 years working experience in the related field, preferably from

Construction Industry

  • Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Good team player with a good sense of responsibility.
  • Analytical, meticulous, multi-tasking, organized, resourceful, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Well versed with computerized accounting system and Microsoft applications.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably well-versed in AutoCount software
  • Willing to work in Setia Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
