ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
- 5-Days Work Week in HQ Office, Setia Alam
RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
- Maintain all accounting transactions according to accounting principles and standard.
- Perform day to day processing of financial transactions are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
- Maintain an efficient and accurate accounting function.
- Maintain Cash Flow management.
- In-charge fixed assets systems.
- Prepare monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Prepare monthly provisions and accruals.
- Prepare yearly final account and account analysis.
- Keep updated with financial policies, regulations and legislation.
- Maintain proper record and organization of filing system.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED
- At least 5-8 years working experience in the related field, preferably from
Construction Industry
- Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility.
- Analytical, meticulous, multi-tasking, organized, resourceful, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Well versed with computerized accounting system and Microsoft applications.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably well-versed in AutoCount software
- Willing to work in Setia Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
