A) JOB SUMMARY
To serve and perform customer service duties in ensuring smooth and excellence service which represents the Company's image and reputation.
B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To handle and attend to customer complaint at branches.
2. To serve and attend to customer's queries at branches.
3. To coordinate dialogue session with government, agencies and associations.
4. To coordinate public relations and corporate responsibilities activities with customers.
5. To involve in exhibition and promotion activities with government agencies.
6. To monitor to all customer service facilities at branches to be in good conditions.
C)JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2. 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
4. Good in Communication and problem solving.
5. High discipline and hardworking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
