Job Description:

Plan and discuss on manpower/machinery/material requirement and technical method.
Manage and supervise sub-con/general workers on site including recording worker headcount, recording weather, activities performed and work schedule.
Monitor and plan tools required to be used for the day (include filling in necessary permits/forms)
Oversee project site to ensure procedures and materials of construction comply with drawing, quality,specifications and according to schedule.
Monitor and check site safety and/or coordinate with safety officer for any safety related issues.
Liaise, discuss and/or propose on technical issues with team/HQ for execution of works
To prepare BOM/BQ for materials needed, liaise and monitor the procurement of required materials.
To prepare Method of Statement,drawings and guidelines for execution of project
To compile documentation and update record/drawing for As Built revision.
Carry out any job related task as instructed by superior.

Job Specification

Qualification: Degree in relevent fields or Diploma/Certificates with at least 3-5 yrs experience as engineer/supervisor in civil construction works.
Skills : Able to read technical drawings and interpret to workers. Has strong interest in civil works and familiar with common working methods
Possessed valid driving license and own transport
Willing to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
