JOB OVERVIEW
At TRIBE, finance is the vital for our business. The Finance & Admin Manager will oversee the financial functions for TRIBE and its subsidiaries/associates, ensuring that robust financial records are maintained. A key responsibility will be evaluating the financial impact of strategic opportunities aimed at growing our member base and enhancing TRIBE's competitive position in the market.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records, aligning with best practices and regulatory standards.
Oversee the preparation of detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with targeted project-specific reports.
Provide strategic financial insights and analyses to guide executive decision-making and support organizational growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and planning for new products and revenue opportunities.
Support management in reaching financial KPIs and business goals.
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Drive efficient process improvements in transaction handling and inventory management.
Lead compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to tax and regulatory standards.
Manage audits, tax coordination, and liaise with company secretaries, bankers, and government bodies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Either a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting (or a related field) or demonstrable experience in finance, accounting, audit, tax and analysis (including gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to management and external stakeholders).
Comfortable with technology and applications - QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, etc.
Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Works well independently as well as in a team with sense of urgency, responsibility, result oriented and committed to meeting deadline.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced and often changing environment.
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once with priorities.
Must be a proactive & highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
