  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Maintain transparency and accountability by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for various departments and programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and objectives. Forecast revenues and expenses and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Provide leadership in and work closely with the Management in performing long-term financial planning and analysis aimed at identifying risks, opportunities, and option that will inform strategies to provide resources for attainment of the University mission.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, grant requirements, and institutional policies. Stay abreast of changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure adherence.
  • Serve as a financial advisor to faculty administrators and board members, providing guidance on financial matters, interpreting financial reports, and recommending strategies for fiscal sustainability and growth.
  • To assist the management team for developing and implementing policy and practice, on both academic and business matters, for the effective management of the University as an academic institution as well as a viable business entity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related filed.
  • Preferably managers who obtained Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) and /or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with candidate must be a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity drives and result oriented. Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
